About

FuseBase is the rebranded Nimbus Note. It has grown from a note-taking app and web clipper into an AI-native workspace and client portal platform for agencies, consultants and client-facing teams. Notes, docs, wikis, databases and tasks are still at its core.

FuseBase started out as Nimbus Note, a cross-platform Evernote-style notes app from Nimbus Web Inc., best known for its web clipper and its Nimbus Capture screenshot tools. Today the product is called FuseBase and is positioned as an "AI-native client portal and client collaboration platform" for agencies, consultants and professional services. The Nimbus Note editor still powers the workspace: online notes, docs and wikis with tasks and lists, databases, spreadsheets and tables, file sharing, Public Pages for publishing notes and folders, offline access, a document scanner, and import and backup tools. Around it, FuseBase adds white-labeled client portals on custom subdomains, shared tasks, files, dashboards, approvals and intake forms, AI agents, automations (including n8n), Kanban boards, deal rooms and knowledge bases. Browser extensions include FuseBase Clipper, an AI Assistant, a Voice Assistant and FuseBase PRO for AI note-taking. Security includes SSO, 2FA, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance. A free plan covers one workspace and one client portal. Paid plans start with Solo at $32 to $39 per month and go up to custom Unlimited contracts. The legacy Nimbus Note mobile apps are still listed on the App Store and Google Play, but have not been updated since late 2022. The web app is now the main way to use FuseBase.
